The first page enables you to note which years this journal will cover. Each page has 3 sections so you are always writing on the same page on a particular day in the year. As you are writing down your new thought for the day, you are also reminded of your memories from a previous year. Each month has a summary at the beginning. The last 2 pages have room for a summary of the years and space for personal information.
Though it does in fact have dates, you can start using this diary whenever you like, so you don’t need to wait for the new year to start recording your daily thoughts and feelings.
