These old console tables were used at festivities like large Indian weddings to place the food and drinks on. They are foldable which make them easy to use and they a wooden top with metal elements.
\nThey have markings and scratches on them, which are consistent with their age and original use. Over the years they got a nice weathered distressed finish. Old broken planks from the top replaced with planks from another one, the nails are removed and replaced by metal parts. The legs are often replaced as well with a more sturdy iron support for stability.
\nAfter many years of use and many repairs they are restored again and kept as original as possible, using the old techniques.
