The Naos embodies the Sternglas philosophy like no other model. <\/span>A classic dress watch – newly interpreted.
\nThis timepiece combines everything that makes up Bauhaus design and brings the basic idea into the present: a stylish combination of aesthetic shapes and high-quality workmanship designed with passion in Hamburg.
\nFrom business to casual, from work to leisure: this versatile companion for the modern watch lover fits always and under every shirt sleeve. It is reduced to the essentials. The design has been thought through down to the smallest detail. The form follows the function, without distracting elements. Clear lines, contrasts and the discreet choice of colours create a harmonious overall picture – typical Bauhaus.
\n<\/span>The Naos comes in a great size of 38mm fitting perfectly with its clean design. Additionally, the edition is up to 5 bar water-resistant making it withstand rain and water splashes by the pool.
\nBehind the polished case is the Miyota 8215 automatic movement has been produced by the renowned manufacturer Miyota since 1977. Since then, it has established itself as robust and reliable in the watch world. A power reserve of 42 hours and a date function make the mechanical movement a reliable companion in everyday life. The vibrations of the rotor make the automatic movement run (without any batteries). Through the exhibition case back, you can watch the rotor as it swings, bringing the mechanical movement to life. Powered by this, the second hand glides smoothly over the classically designed dial. A special highlight: the second hand, driven by 21,600 A\/h (half oscillations per hour), floats fluidly over the dial. In addition, an interchangeable leather strap with quick-change system \u2013 for changing the strap without tools.
