We ship worldwide safely and securely using TNT and DHL for Greece and DHL or National Greek Postal Tracked Service for the rest of the world.
When all items in your order are in stock we will process the order within 24hours and then It takes up to 2-3 working days for it to arrive to you depending on where you are based in Greece or 5-10 working days for the rest of the world. If your order is placed over the weekend, your items will be shipped on the following Monday.
When ordered items are not in stock we will notify you the same day.
Our company is not responsible for delays due to: the function of the carrier, or their faulty communication with the customer, negligence on behalf of the customer to communicate with the carrier, delays of Customs offices, strikes, or any other incident.
Prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT – 24% for most objects, 6% for books – magazines – publications, 13% for plants).
The shipping price is based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. The actual price will be calculated during checkout. We classify all orders as either small parcel, or larger/bulk parcel.
Non EU customers: GR sales tax (VAT) 24%, 13%, or 6%, is removed at checkout when you enter your non-EU delivery address. Follow the checkout process manually for prices to be updated based on your postage location.
Please note an order that contains more than one product will not be shipped until the full order is ready. A separate delivery fee will have to be paid for part shipping of an order.
Τhe address declared by you needs to be real and valid. If the carrier is unsuccessful in their attempt to deliver the goods due to absence or change of address, you are responsible for the prompt notification of the carrier or you will be charged any additional cost of shipping.
Please note that international customers may be required to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us and the tariffs are set by your Government.
Delivery is FREE to Greece (ZONE 1) for orders over 60 euros apart from larger furniture and some of our lighting products that are more fragile. Smaller items are shipped as regular parcels. The cost for Greece is approximately €3.50 per parcel (small items up to 2kg). Bulk items are shipped as larger parcels. Their exact cost is shown at checkout but it is approximately €6. Some larger furniture and lighting require special delivery or collection in store. We always aim at offering the best and more economical service and you can always arrange to collect from our store free of charge at your convenience.
Some items, typically plants and very fragile objects, are only available for collect in store. This will normally be indicated on the product details page. If you are unable to complete checkout and are shown a message advising that no delivery options are available, it is likely that you have added some of these products to your basket.
To ZONE 2 (Turkey, Romania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Cyprus).
For Zone 2, In general, small items up to 500gr cost approximately €9. For larger items up to 500gr the cost is approximately €9.50, for items 500-1000gr the cost is approximately €15 and for items 1000-2000gr the cost is approximately €28. The exact cost for deliveries will show during checkout.
To ZONE 3 (Most EU Countries).
For Zone 3, in general, small items up to 500gr cost approximately €7. For larger items up to 500gr the cost is approximately €8.50, for items 500-1000gr the cost is approximately €11.50 and for items 1000-2000gr the cost is €16.50. The exact cost for deliveries will show during checkout.
To ZONE 4 (Rest of the World).

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Paraphernalia | Athens insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.
If you purchased online and you are unhappy with our products in anyway, they can be refunded provided they are in a saleable condition. This does not apply to plants, bulbs, furniture or lighting orders which are bespoke and made to order for you.
Items must be returned within 10 working days of being received by you.
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the same condition as delivered to you. We will not accept returns for any items that have been used or if the packaging has been destroyed. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that all extra shipping costs incurred are payable by you.
Please note that this refund policy only applies to products bought online. If you purchased in our bricks and mortar store, we do not give refunds (except of faulty items) but we will offer an exchange or a credit note.
Returns of faulty items will be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Please make sure to keep the original packaging if anything is broken as otherwise the shipping company will not take responsibility. Upon receipt of an order, you should notify us by email at email@example.com on the same day if there is a problem. Please check items thoroughly before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
We take every responsibility to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before shipping.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to fair ware and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting firstname.lastname@example.org about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be received by us within 10 working days of being delivered to you.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned product(s). Please note refunds to PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.
Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international custom duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU.

UPON ORDER: Some items that are only available UPON ORDER or low stock items that are available to BACK ORDER . Delivery time approximately 4-6 weeks depending manufacturer’s stock.
OUT OF STOCK: This item is currently unavailable. We frequently stock unique or special items that fly off the store quickly. If you are interested in any of these items please subscribe to get notification when back in stock or do contact us via email or by phone.
MADE TO ORDER: We offer some custom furniture such as our bookcases and shelves that are made to order. You provide us your dimensions and any special requirements and we try to make it happen. Lead time for these items is 8-10 weeks depending on design and dimensions.

All orders from Greece and countries within the EU are by default taxed with the Greek VAT tariff of 24%, 6%, or 13%. Business customers within the EU (but outside Greece) are allowed to order without VAT (intra-community supply). We offer the possibility to all EU companies with a valid VAT number have the order exempt from GR Tax, but not all EU member states enable Intracommunity trading automatically. Having a valid VAT number does not mean your company can do business across borders. This is however only a formality and easily altered with your local Chamber of Commerce.
