a) Store Assistant / Customer Service (Full time)
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the store culture and products we stock.
Responsibilities:
Customer service and manning the till
Manage replenishment of the shop floor
Uphold store merchandising and cleanliness standards
Provide information about products and services
Unpacking, carrying and lifting of stock
Fulfil website orders than come through to the store
Uphold company standards and keep a positive spirit within our team
Requirements:
Work ethics and attention to detail
Extremely organised
Great social and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
Competency to achieve accurate completion of daily tasks set by superiors
Experience in handling cash register
Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and databases
At least one year experience in a retail environment
b) Warehouse Assistant / Customer Service (Full or part time)
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the store culture and products we stock.
Responsibilities:
Picking and packing orders
Unpacking, carrying and lifting of stock
Manage replenishment of the shop floor
Uphold store merchandising and cleanliness standards
Provide information about products and services
Fulfil website orders than come through to the store
Uphold company standards and keep a positive spirit within our team
Requirements:
Work ethics and attention to detail
Extremely organised
