All orders, deliveries and services are exclusively governed by the Terms & Conditions set out below. Users acknowledge the company’s right to modify any provisions of the present terms to the extent that such modification would neither affect legally binding obligations of either party nor affect any accomplished situations. Website users acknowledge they have read the present terms, agree with them and undertake to comply with them.
In order to perform any transaction through the e-shop and to make any order of the company’s products, you will be asked to provide some personal data. When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your full name and surname, the address for the delivery of products, your phone number and a valid email address. Our company is not to share this information with any other entity or use it in any way without your agreement. Prices shown on the website are in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT – 24% for most objects, 6% for books – magazines – publications, 13% for plants). If your card is not charged in Euros but in other currencies then you will be charged in accordance to the exchange rate of the day of the transaction.
Non EU customers: GR sales tax (VAT) 24%, 13%, or 6%, is removed at checkout when you enter your non-EU delivery address. Follow the checkout process manually for prices to be updated based on your postage location.
Please note that the prices on this website do not include delivery costs, a sum that will be added to the total amount due upon completion of your order.
International customers may be required to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us and the tariffs are set by your Government.
Payment can be made by PayPal, Viva Payments and any other method which is stated on this website. If for any reason you do not wish to use credit/debit card as your payment method, we can offer Direct Bank Transfer service. Please see our Deliveries page for more information. We take good care the payment methods through this website are secured but please do make sure to follow basic security rules for online payments.
You may enter into a valid order through our e-shop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code (that is if you are eighteen years of age or older and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding the entering into sales agreements). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders; our company reserves the right to claim from supervisors or guardians any order made by legally incapacitated persons.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If you purchased online and you are unhappy with our products in anyway, they can be refunded provided they are in a saleable condition.
Please note that this exchange policy only applies to products bought online. If you purchased in our bricks and mortar store, we do not give refunds (except of faulty items) but we will offer an exchange or a credit note.

We are only liable for significant lack of diligence and guile in the case of delay in delivering ordered products or of information and services it provides itself through its website.
Also we bear no responsibility for any technical issues which the users may face when trying to access the website or during their browsing on it, which are related to the performance or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the website.
