Throughout history artists and craftsmen have utilized motifs from beneath the sea, incorporating fish, corals, and other marine life into their artworks.
Organisms within this term vary from micro-species, too small for the human eye to see, to huge 50m long species of seaweed found in cold waters. Algae play an important role both as food and as a potential habitat for all the creatures of the ocean.

The original image has been lightly digitally restored. Scratches and holes removed and colours adjusted for maximum wall impact.

High quality print with archival Japanese ink on enhanced Hahnemühle matte paper.
The print will be delivered unframed protectively packed in a cardboard tube – no frame is included. If you do want a frame for the print please have a look at our frames collection.
