This classic throw is made with a combination of lamb and Gotland wool. Gotland wool is fantastically thick and silky to the touch and comes from a Swedish breed of sheep that has been herded since the Viking Age.
This wool has full traceability back to the individual farms where the sheep are raised. These farms meet strict rules around animal welfare and do not practice mulesing. The wool is gently washed with NPEO free 6 Mole detergents and no bleach is added.
Designs are created in collaboration with popular Scandinavian textile designers.
All products are produced using natural materials, using ecological alternatives where possible. High quality fibre is essential for the final result.
In order to make the throw extra soft you can brush it.

Wool has excellent natural dirt resistance which makes it unnecessary to wash it often. The best way to freshen your woollen throw is to hang it outside to air. If you still need to wash the throw please carefully follow the instructions below:
Machine wash at 30⁰ Celsius. Use only a program made for wool. Wash separately & iron on low temp. Do not tumble dry or use bleach.
