Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water are the five major elements in nature. The ancient Chinese philosophy of Five Elements Theory states that all things in the universe are created from the five major elements. It also describes that these elements create a flow as they interact and influence one another. This theory has been used to develop the fragrances of Elemense. Each fragrance is meticulously blended to deliver complex layers and depth. It expands through gradual transformation from the top notes to the last notes, just like a relay.
Kiyobi is inspired by the Fire element. The fragrance starts with the radiant purity of coniferous hinoki, then it releases the sweetness of sandalwood and agarwood. It is gentle and cool as it fades.
