Made from high quality brass this Edison screw brass batten holder is ideal to fix directly to ceilings, tables, or walls.
It has a safety feature that means once put together it cannot be unscrewed. This is to ensure you don’t undo the bulb holder when changing the bulb. To attach a power cord to it, you have to unscrew the base first. For doing so you have to push down the retention pin inside the bulb holder (e.g with a screwdriver) and unscrew the upper ring.
As this is a plain batten bulb holder you can’t add a shade to it.
