The ceramic cone pendant offers a calm, focused source of light, defined by its clean, tapered form. Its surface is left unglazed, revealing a matt, fine texture that highlights the natural quality of the clay. Each shade is individually cast and fired, resulting in subtle variations in shape, size, and tone. This process ensures that no two pendants are exactly alike, giving every piece a distinct character.
For the coloured versions, a layer of white porcelain is partially poured away and replaced with tinted clay, creating a soft light ochre or warm umber exterior. The white version remains slightly translucent, emitting a gentle ambient glow when lit, while the coloured finishes stay opaque, directing a warmer, more concentrated light downward.
