Studio Arhoj creates charming and one of a kind design objects that explore the visual relationship between Scandinavian simplicity and traditional Japanese culture. Located in Copenhagen, they are interested in keeping alive the knowledge about old crafts such as wheel throwing and glaze construction, and their focus is on form as opposed to function. They are famed for their thick colourful glazes and the completely unique playful characters.
Melted into form from massive chunks of sparkling glass the Crystal Blobs are distant cousins of the Ghost family. The Blobs are made entirely in their studio hot shop. They come in a variety of unique shapes, sizes and colours and given life with a pair of eyes.
Please be aware that each blob member is handmade and varies in size, colour and shape, no two are exactly alike. The images are indicative and the appearance of your item will vary, therefore you will receive a blob at random.
