This playful wind-up music box is made in a village bordering the Black forest by a small family-run manufacture. They insert the mechanical 18-note chime into blocks of solid indigenous woods which are then trimmed by hand into their perfect shaped sphere.
Natural oils of premium quality awaken the unique character of the wood while with a turn of the metal key, Mozart starts. Inside, an 18-note musical movement plays “Voi Che Sapete” from Marriage of Figaro.
It comes gift boxed (brass nickel plated key and ring-shaped foot rim included).
